Not any more than you understand grammar and punctuation... Get it through your thick scull old man, your 70s 80s and 90s don't matter. It's the 2000s now. That's all that is relevant. The entire WORLD is different now than it was in the 70s 80s and 90s and even early 2000s.
Oh and as for your Rusty Marcus era being so much better than it is now... See the following videos.
11 cars? Or how about 3 cars? Where are all the fans? You sir, have a clouded perception of reality.
even funny someone who doesn't even live in FL. putting there two cents in .
Doesn't matter where I live now, I still have a house down there and I lived there for 15 years and attended racing almost weekly the time I did. I have plenty of experience and knowledge. At least I try to keep things positive instead of constantly bringing negativity into everything the way you do. I can't remember one single post that was positive out of you yet.
You don't like the fact that I post here, tough shit. Get use to it skip
Even if Phil does not reside here he is entitled to state his opinion--as you most certainly are, sir.
I've been to many many races across the state over the years from 5 Flags to Hialeah. I have plenty of experience with empty grandstands and low car counts down there. I've lived it. There is a reason I moved back north to race, 30 car fields > 10 all day long. FL is coming back around slowly and it's absolutely awesome to see and I am so stoked for the racers there and fans there starting to see a resurgence in FL short track racing.
This article actually mentions one of the reasons that OSW has never been wildly popular and never will be. LOCATION.
This track is in a bad spot. I've always thought it was just kind of an out of the way place, even the 2 years I lived IN Orlando, it was easier to go an extra 20 minutes and shoot up to NSS or out to Citrus or something and I was almost certain to see a better show too.
Earlier in 2014, when Donnie was running weekly shows, the car counts were on par with other tracks and in some cases, better. The results page doesn't lie.
