He has very good spelling and grammar, I can grant him that. The problem is he really doesn't have a clue about what he is saying, so he substitutes conjecture for fact. I don't speak about things of which I don't have a clue about, I'll get background and research things first. But Matt acts like he is some insider. If he actually was involved and knew the stuff, he could be dangerous, but he never wants to meet anyone or reveal who he is. So it's just impossible for me to take any of his posts or ideas seriously. So I just don't bother to engage him.

I can tell you exactly who he is. His name is Matt Albee. The fact that you don't recognize the name really means nothing. Nor does my insider status or lack thereof. I used to race, now i don't. Where and when doesn't make the slightest difference. I'm a professional race fan now days.
Since we're worried about whos who, I take it your middle name is racing and your last name is 96. Is that how you sign checks?

Let me clear the air some.
I was not part owner of the Punta Gorda track my name was not on the lease.
I was a big invester with Bobby I had a lot of assets at the track. It gets very old of hearing about the past of Punta Gorda and people pointing the finger to me a man that was trying to help save a local track.
The true fact is Bobby sold is investment of the track to Kevin Williams I was not asked to stay at that time so I took what assets I had there and moved on with no hard feeling at all. Kevin, Bobby and I are still great friends.
Which it is all public record at the airport meetings.
Now with that all that sound many shoulds be very upe set because when it did go out to bid I was the highest Bidder and they by past me to take Mr Haase lower bid. This was a big mistakedone by Mr Gary Quill beacuse he did not like me which with the choice he make is why the track is the way it is today.
Just maybe the Airport personal should have taken the highest bidder like the bid package said they were to do but did not.
At the bid opening Mr Quill made the satement he could not come up with the best bid by himself so he asked the board to vote, He told then there was not that much different in the bids per ac. but there was 2.00 per ac, differents per month for 20 ac x 5 years I would say that is a very big different in the bids at the end of the contact but they took the lower bid.
I would think by now many of the local Businesses and drivers would be asking a lot of question now why was the highest bidder thrown out to take Mr Haase.
Just my Thoughts.

I use to really enjoy this site it's a shame that one person can detour so many people away, kinda reminds me of someone that used to go buy the name TunamanOriginally posted by Weftracing96 View PostMr. Dunn, why waste your time with Albee? He is a nobody and lacks all credibility. He isn't worth your time. As I posted about a week ago, I refuse to even respond to any of his posts. Why argue with a clown that nobody listens to?

It's still good for comic relief, is it not? Though, I think the name "realracinusa" is a little misleading now. Should be re named benchracingusaOriginally posted by owm61 View PostI use to really enjoy this site it's a shame that one person can detour so many people away, kinda reminds me of someone that used to go buy the name Tunaman

It is a fantastic site and a great place for brainstorming and exchanging ideas, as well as sharing results.
It is also a way for operators to gauge racer and public opinion as input and apply it if they so choose.
On the other hand, any and all parties can ignore anything they deem unimportant.
Like Post #39, perhaps...
