    Scott, perhaps.

I really like MRN radio. Presumably, though, Ben Dodge and Matt Buckler are paid, and that would seemingly come out of the purse...

With the passion for asphalt stock car racing in the New England area along with the full fields I am sure it will be a success.

I made one and only one trip to Riverside Park Scotf. It was our second race of the season on the Busch North tour in 99". We actually had live infield pitting there that night for the first and last time. Then they demolished the place. Sad too bc I absoultely loved the track!

As for the K&N race at NSS, I drove from Bradenton for that and bc I have helped on the ACT Tour and they are worth going to see. So you got someone to drive 2 1/2 hours that otherwise wouldn't have.

Like I said you get what you pay for. But I'd be willing to bet what they are getting ain't breaking the bank. Just two short track guys who are real good at sharing their passion. No different from Rick and Dave.

I was there that night! I was sponsored by NAPA and got the hospitality tent pass. Jersey barrier pit road! Kinda a wreckfest if I remember correctly.

I too drove over for the K&N event. 3 hrs from Port Richey!

I think we were the first yellow. The #77 Bryan Wall ran over is coming off of turn 4. I think Tom Carey Jr. won that race, and incidentally, he ran the ACT at NSS in February.

Okay, round them up, send them to Bithlo on a Friday night, and I will be there with a crisp $20 bill and as many friends and relatives as possible.
1st you would have to fix the turn 2 light bulb,,,should be no problem being that costs are nearly doubled up north compared to down here, and should even out in the end

I vaguely remember Tom winning in the green #5 Salomone Pontiac??? Memory is clouded from the free SUDS courtesy of NAPA. It truly was the King of Beers 150!

Yup. A lot of SUDS. That was Tom's Pro Stock ride. That night he won in the red #42 AAA Aircraft Supply Chevy Crew Chiefed by Freddy Rosner.

Which team did you work with?

                              Motion Racing #5

We were real low buck then. In later years, we had some kids in the car including Sean Caisse. We also had worked with A Diversity driver named Jonathan Smith who raced Stafford in CT prior. Great kid. Last driver we had was former Fasttruck driver Andrew Gipson from Bradenton. I wonder who put that deal together?I think that was 2011", but the series has just become way too advanced for a team based in VT to compete anymore. Everything is down south and all the north teams went into other directions.

I remember you guys. Sean had a ton of talent. Whatever happened to him? Last I recall he was driving for Andy Santerre and then he vanished. It's a shame what happened to the Busch North Series. I loved the mix of the salty old veterans, home track moonlighters and young guns. Speaking of salty old veterans didn't Barney McRae drive for you guys initially? All of the old teams are gone except for the occasional start by Eddie MacDonald. I have friends on the Ted Marsh team who are back running. But even they had left for years when they forayed into road racing. Now the whole deal is essentially a Cup development deal for kids who have 3/4 of a million dollars a year to try and advance their careers. It's a good place to weed out talent but I pine for the good 'ol Busch North days. I guess I'm gettin' old...
