Puzzling because she was suspended "for unsportsmanlike conduct, effects all FASCAR Tracks, Touring Series and FASCAR Sanctioned Events, per the FASCAR Rule Book."

      Guess not!

I'm assuming Rusty wasn't aware of Jessica's suspension when he posted this.

Those pranksters at FASCAR were clearly kidding with that whole suspension nonsense.

Sandy N. made sure to enforce that rule on me last year. It must depend on that sex thing .........or lack thereof.
I've been thrown out of better.

Ron, I hate to be the one to say this but she races late models and trucks, we race super stocks and sportsman's. The rules are different.

                      Driver Disciplined for Conduct
                      Written by admin
                      Wednesday, 14 May 2008

Jessica Murphy, driver of the #62 Pro-Truck, was disqualified and subsequently suspended following an on-track incident during Saturday nights Pro-Truck feature.

The suspension, for unsportsmanlike conduct, effects all FASCAR Tracks, Touring Series and FASCAR Sanctioned Events, per the FASCAR Rule Book.

The disqualification will not effect the Late Model feature, held earlier in the night, in which Murphy finished second.

sorry, Ed. the suspension rules are not class or track dependent. they explicitly wrote the rule book that way so they could screw with the drivers as effectively as possible.

                        http://orlandospeedworld.org/index.p...d=61&Itemid=86
"It is the intent of the FASCAR Officials to enforce these rules impartially and consistently so that each individual has an equal opportunity to compete with all other cars in his/her class. No set of rules were ever written which could not be criticized in some way, or misinterpreted."

or deliberately misinterpreted by the officials as the case may be.

                        "5) CONDUCT VIOLATIONS:

Every Car Owner/Driver at an event is expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. ... IF YOU ARE SUSPENDED FROM ONE (1) RACE
TRACK OR FASCAR TOUR FOR ANY INFRACTION, THE SAME SUSPENSION OR PENALTY WILL APPLY TO THE OTHER TWO
                        (2) TRACKS AND TOURS."

they've changed the rule book with regard to tear down penalties from last year. probably because they got their tit in a wringer with the f'd up way they were violating their own rule book administering it.

but let's compare the violations anyways.
Ron was not permitted to tear down by his car owner. for this he was barred WITHOUT NOTIFICATION from all tracks and events by the bimbo running the hot dog stand. not by the OSW promoter/operator. not by the OSW senior tech man. not by the NSS promoter/operator. and not by the NSS tech people. nobody except the hot dog bimbo and her lickspittle junior tech man knew about his penalty until we drove all the to New Smyrna from Sebastian and got told, after practice sessions were over, to load up.

Jessica receives a suspension for on track conduct, and is notified of it.

what effect does this have on her racing schedule? she goes to a different FASCAR track to run a different FASCAR tour ... and nobody blinks an eye. except everybody who actually bothers to read the rule book.

what do these two f'd up situations have in common? well, the hot dog bimbo is involved in both of them. that's a start.

funny how the Nerone's weren't supposed to have anything to do with OSW and NSS them year.

jessica murphy is one of the most talented drivers, even over most guys....so anyone wants to talk crap is obviously jealous!! There was no change because she was a girl, fascar came up with a decision that saturday night and thats what they went by. im not sticking up for what she did and i have heard she is really apolgetic to her fans. but any one who has watched george race or raced against him knows how dirty he drives! he needed to be put in his place, i bet the people talking crap to pay attention to him almost taking jessica out on the back straight away did they. that was only once out of the many...HE IS A DIRTY DRIVER AND DESERVED WHAT HE GOT!!

Sorry to get your hopes up bud, but there is no jealousy here. We are not talking about who did what on the track, we all know that she is talented, imo they were BOTH wrong and she REALLY showed her butt in that race. Honestly it reminds me of a little Boyd when he was younger. We are talking about FASCAR showing a little favoritism by allowing her to race Friday night at Orlando, unless they just plain messed up and forgot about the rules.

oh yeah btw, I have another idea, how about we put her in some equipment that is a little less $$$ and lets see how she does. Thats how you find out who is more talented. No offense, she ran a great LLM race with Joe Winchell all over her butt. He was really nice to her.
