    if no takers--

And anyone doesn't want to purchase them from you, the Special Olympics Foundation would be glad to take them off your hands, and they'll come to your house to get them.

They would be more than gracious for them, and you can deduct that as a Tax deduction for yourself.

I did that a few years back, 17 Swimming trophies, 6 Track & Field event trophies, 2 Baseball trophies, and 2 Bowling trophies----all from my teenage years. They no longer held an interest for me at my age now, and the Special Olympics will convert them as needed into for their participants.

63 trophies x $1000. = $63000. 1/3 the price = $21000. You can buy alot fuel and tires for that.. Hope there is a few 6 footers in the group.

Oh I see where this is going. If you are in racing to expect you'll make money, or hell, break even then you need to find another hobby. I can tell you i have two drag cars, a 275 drag radial car and a true stock suspension car and there's no way I'll ever even come close to breaking even if I won every race I went to in 2010! What money I do win goes right back into the cars. It's my bad habit, my hobby, whatever.

I could be drinking it up or putting it up my nose, but I choose to race, so whatever comes with that I have to except. If i feel a race promoter or racing organization has done me wrong then I don't go back, simple as that. It's an easy fix, either find a different venue or find something else to do.

when u don’t win or run out of cash it everyone’s fault but yours. That is the way I was and most of the people that want to win. If you last long enough to learn that the tracks don’t get to keep any of the money u spend you wont blame them. Greed? Tracks? They are trying to break even. I spent every thing ill ever have on tacks for the love of the sport, live on SS check and still listen to you all cry about the track that took all your money.

                      Get rich fast
sell your house and business buy a track
it ok everyone will hate u next year but you will make big bags of cash.
ware will I hide all those bags?

                      Brown it your fault

And on the other side of the coin how many organizations and race tracks have you run in the ground Don? I go all the way back to the early USA days with you, I'm not impressed and believe me, I'm not the only one that feels that way.
I kind of wish in some instances you could have handled things differently because as a person your a cool guy, but as someone involved in the sport the way you have been it ruined ya.
