I'm just wondering how in the h-e-double-hockey-sticks this went from Dave wanting to get rid of a few trophies, maybe even donate them....to how much money Frank, Bonnie, Robert, and Nerone made on *running a race track*...LMAO

Dave, did you ever figger out whatcha gonna do with all them trophies? I'm not sure how, or why, Darren figured out them things cost $1,000 each:

63 trophies x $1000. = $63000. 1/3 the price = $21000. You can buy alot fuel and tires for that.. Hope there is a few 6 footers in the group.

unless...that's what he thinks you *won* for each of them trophies....

Jimmy-read the post again about the trophies. Dave figure out that no matter what the finish was it cost him $1000. and only wanted 1/3 of what his cost was. I thought that was were he was going with it instead of giving them away.

Well some of us over the years do pile up a stack of them,I gave away 30 one year to the class I started and was running in at the time "Pro4" aka "Outlaw Mod",we were low on bucks for points pay out at end of year,so by doing that we got new name plates and had a higher payout for those guys.

i know that. i get upset when ppl do this but i have known you long enough to know you can handle it. i still think it hurts you. you made mistakes and so have ALL the ppl who ran or owned tracks. its a cut throat business...
but for you...its pretty much over. now you can sit back and just enjoy watching... your real friends will always be your real friends. the rest dont matter. ;-) sandy matters so start chasing her around the house naked and she will pray you get back on karnac. hope to see you both one of these days. travel gets tougher and gas is getting rediculous.

Well, I'll try and throw a little closure to this thread on my part.
First, Don Nerone, don't take what I said as me hating you, my complaint or rant is not a personal attack on you dude, in one of my post I plainly said as a person I thought you we're an ok guy, didn't always agree with some of your decisions but hell I'm not the only one, not enough to hate ya though.

Next, Darren, I stand by what I said about the Hills, and i'm not jealous, I just don't like'em, never did and neither did a lot of other people but, I still miss Sunshine regardless.

Carol, your welcome to jump into any thread you feel the need to but hear this, it's 2010 soon to be 2011, this is a public forum and as long as I keep it somewhat clean I can and will discuss whatever I want, you of all people should know nothing is sacred or private anymore, it's all in or nothing!
