John did not smoke had lost weight and excersized, go figure...

As my cardiologist told me about a month ago, sometimes the damage is done years prior, and that little chunk of plague that causes the clot breaks off just because it can. So in other words, NEVER START! (sigh) Too bad I was too young and stupid to comprehend that when I was 18, but then again aren't we all? Glad to hear that John is better.

Glad to hear John is doing well. Just remember to do what the doctors say so you can be around even longer for those that love you most.

Hey Everyone. Camille, John, Jackie and J Jr. would like to thank everyone for the calls, support and prayers through the past week. John came home today and is resting comfortably at home. They will be ready for guests and visitors tomorrow (Saturday). Camille has asked that you call before you come to the house to visit as John still experiences some pain and discomforst and they want to make sure he is feeling ok for visitors. Sounds good Tom, thanks for the update. I am sure he will be up and around shortly as long as he listens to his doctor. Like I said, I have known quite a few friends that have had this surgery and all have done really well afterwards. Of course some had to drastically change their diets and learn how to do some walking but all have done very well.
