I am off to work on an engine, but I will comment on one for the moment and it certainly won't be the one referred to me first... If you speak such language as banning beer sales we will have to come to fistacuffs first and foremost... Dare you speak like that... i did it beacuse i thought my fan/fans(assuming i have more than one) would like it. Dont even get me started on that damn pumpkin or those whoopie cushions!

I heard that they quit selling beer because Rex complained that people were drinking so much they were too drunk to fully appreciate the Bandolero races, and you know how much he loves those races. Bit drastic, but he must really care about those kids to push OSW to this...

Winger & OcalaSP - I think Ocala Speedway should be paved again. Central Florida is under water restrictions, so paving it would save water, reduce dust and get the show over more quickly.

I think lots of water is being saved by recycling the waste water from the restrooms. This is done mainly on days with a westerly wind(away from the stands), but it has affected the fan count at a track due east of Ocala.....Putnam Speedway.
If you notice during some really fast racing one night that the clay is not blacking up,but browning up, then you will know that recycling is being used from the rest rooms. Further reducing the foot print on the planet by Dirt Track Racing.(Applause now please, Al Gore is reading this thread)

As for goin' back to asphalt.........again,not my call, but I do miss it there.

If I came up with anything that was effective, what would you use to inflate your woopie cushions. Besides, I have a great customer in EDM, I send him my special CAR FRESHNERS all the time... he loves them with the A/C off and all the windows closed (Told you that EDM is one weird dude, but hey... a customer that buys that many items makes my day)

one time he did tell me that if he owned a racetrack that it would be a "bandalero free zone". I thought he meant no bandaleros but clearly he meant that all bandaleros get in free.

I've changed my mind....

No.....I WON'T be run off by this Boneboy person....I'm tough and I can take anything he can dish out. I've lived a long hard life and now that I'm 127 years old I'm not gonna be pushed around by some know it all Bandelero racer......maybe I don't always know what I'm talking about and sometimes make opinionated comments while remaining clueless to the facts at hand....but I will not be bullied into submission!

I will blindly profess my faith in the hope that one day I will be recognized worldwide for my selfless commitment and unending support to and for the sport of auto racing and, more directly, for the North Ft. Myers Speedway and Bingo Parlor.

Now I'll just say my prayers and leave you good people to destroy the very fabric by which all of short track racing is built upon which I have personally sewn together myself with my knarled and battle scarred hands.
