Ok, I'll do it. BUT how are we gonna pry some money out of Edm's wallet? He should put up something for the drawn position, and we can split the winners prize. What think you?
Back on topic, I don't agree that $100 payout should be paid to the winner every week. I am thinking of something more interesting like having a fan pick a number out of a hat for a finishing position and that driver wins the $100. That way even someone with the "strictliest" of strictly stocks has a chance to win the money, plus it involves the fans.
I agree 100%
but it would still kinda be unfair to the car that wins, being that he did win so apparently his car was better that night. shows he put effort into his car to make as good as it was. and the past four weeks its been a door handle to door handle fight for first from green to checkers, wouldn't u agree that they "the winner" should get the reward.
I case nobody has been paying attention I'd guess over 90% of the crowd stayed to watch the strictly stock race.

LOL, you are only saying that because you always win.
90% is pretty good unless your actually counting all 9 people still in the stands.
I don't always win... but I try my ass off! I have got the win 8 times this year at NSS and 2 of those was threw tech. I work on my my car a couple days a week after work just doing little stuff. most guys just add gas and load it up.
Just to add a little more I ran a year and a half in strictly stock at OSW before I got a win, driving a 77' mercury cougar. It might as well been the Daytona 500
AS for Joker: I like the idea. maybe they should do it for all the classes lolol wouldn't that start some $*#@
that's not in the rule book and as far as i know, it's never been in the rule book. wasn't there in ~2001.
mind, i'm not saying you won't get thrown out for a big block.....
they should update the rules so others can run from another track without being DQed.
i think you misunderstand the point of the rules.
Probably because it's people like you that ruin it. Strictly stock should be used as an entry into racing. Guys like you and Todd should move up to superstock if you want a payout. Um DUH!!!!
or i should just switch to a track that pays the bomber class?
question:
it appears that you're trying to say that both William and i have "ruined" Strictly Stocks. i've only run two or three times(?) this year, i'm purposely not putting a brake light in so i'm not taking any of their precious trophies or points and i didn't run in 2008. i haven't been running NSS at all the last couple of years.
maybe you, what with your superior intelligence and all, could explain just how it is that i'm supposed to have destroyed the class at two different tracks without even being there?
damn, that's right, it's all my fault.
I hate seeing the same people win every week.
starting inverted points is so difficult after all.
if u want them to move up, buy them a car and help them out..
i don't need this clown as a "fan" or a sponsor. give him to somebody else, i've got standards.
EDM smartass can have 2 meanings. Do you understand?
maybe you can get Todd to help you out on that one......
i'm one, he's the other. i'll leave it up to the readers to figure out which is which.
but it would still kinda be unfair to the car that wins
i say, the money should go to the car that improves its position the most. and yeah, i would say that.

We had a Compact division where it was 4 and 6 cyl FWD cars well guess what within a year they were all upside down and crazy and only 4 cars would win out of 12.
Enter the SUPER Compact...do what ever you want to do to it...No super charger, no Turbo must have a roll cage...run what ever tire you want
Compact...tech has to prove NOTHING if they think you are not right ...DQ Keep it cheap!
We had a total of 16 compacts and SuperCompacts this weekend up by about 4 and the Super COmpacts ...well they used some imagination
