Rules

Wow!! What a subject! We all agree that there are alot of stupid rules in the rulebooks. There are also rubber rules. The ones that get stretched for certain people but then snap back to pop someone else in the A$$. We may not like all of the rules, such as aluminum water pumps, but they are rules nevertheless. It seems all to often, no matter what track you go to, there are rules infractions being overlooked for one reason or another. If it's in the book, it should be applied to every car and every driver out there. If not, whats the point in having a rule book? And hell, if they don't follow the rules, it's Todds fault anyway.

I think we could all use one of those super water pumps. Did it really help those guys to win the race? No but as others have said if they don't enforce the rules then why bother. This track seems to have their favorites from year to year. The guy who finished 1st was a new winner for this season, the guy who finished 2nd put up prize money for the race so why DQ these 2? If other drivers had a problem with it then they should have addressed it at the time. I personally think this class has a lot of drivers who bend many rules but have many ties with certain people at the track.

Once again this is where the once famous now banned Frasson118's idea of bracket racing would be perfect. Throw the rule book away and have a safety inspector. There, no more whining and crying, bitching or moaning.

I think Jerry is reading this site everyday, however he is "On the other channel now". Even started his famous "Car's By Number Game" LOL. All I would have to do is cut and paste the one he started on KARNAC and look real smart (fer a change) "OVER THERE".

I saw him and other "Ex-KARNACIANS" at Ocala recently....getting to be quite a group (ugly as hell, but still growing). I think they are going to orgainize and have meetings/lunches/tailgates and Sleepovers, etc.

Thanks OSF and thanks too to the private message from someone else. I would just say that most of us have been talked about and called names far harsher then anything he would even think about doing in the early years of this decade and nothing happened.
