If they want to pin the car down they shouldn't put the rear valance on the track and hide the spoiler behind the roof by tracking the car to the left.
And why does NASCAR put up with that? They could run the car square with reasonable rear springs and reduce the openings in the (&^%$) plate a little more to achieve the same speed-but safer.
At any rate, it is what it is. IMO, if they don't touch you, and you lose it, well...you lost it.
