Put the glasses back on Todd. Gordon did nothing wrong. It was Hamlin who had some apologizing to do. He is the one that came up on gordon and almost took his left front tire out.

way to demonstrate your 1st grade reading skills there Kevo.

you asserted that Tony dirty drove Gordon because he was trying to make a pass. i pointed out that you had completely misunderstood what was happening on the track.

not once, anywhere, did i say that Gordon was "at fault". i pointed out that there was contact between Hamlin and Gordon which is why Tony lost his mind. Tony easily loses his mind, we're all aware of that. i'm sure if they had played Tony's in car audio we would have been getting an earful from him too.

now you're trying to bait and switch us and blame Hamlin.

like i said, it looked like mostly incidental contact to me. i don't think there's much apologizing that needs to be done either direction between those two. Tony, on the other hand, might want to consider sending Jeffy a Christmas card this year.

as much as everybody hates him, he's a much better driver now than he was even 4 months ago.

right now, i'm considering him something like Swervin Irvan. when he knew that he wasn't one of the top tier guys at his team and that he was getting the 2nd rate equipment and they were trying out all their new flaky setup ideas on his ( and Mears's ) car, he drove like an idiot because he thought it was all on him. constantly overdriving the corner and putting himself into situations where he was taking other people out.

because now he has confidence that he's getting first rate setups and engines he's calmed down a lot just this year ... and he's better for it.

Todd, I normally agree with you on alot of things. However, he hasnt calmed down at all. If not he is more obnoxious then ever before. It was what, about 10 races ago that he took Jr. out because he was over driving his car.

I will agree that he has a lot more confidence now, thats for sure.

the Richmond race was May 3rd. June, July, and August almost into September. you're calling me out for being a week short of 4 months? well, i'll just have to call you out for it being 17 races ago.

and i meant "improving", not "great" and not "without mistakes or relapses".

but don't worry, i'm sure he'll always play the ass to Carl Edward's Mister Ed.
