Attn: Mr. Sarppraicone! There is your answer!!! Verifies another post

Thank You Rick for producing those public documents. For those that do not understand those documents:

Those entities are "INACTIVE" (NOT AN ACTIVE CORPORATION)
        "ADMINISTRATIVELY DISSOLVED FOR ANNUAL REPORT"

In other words not in business any longer since 2005 and 2011.

John Sarppraicone caution on buying any series this day and age. Tracks are tanking with low car counts and lack of attendance. I remember when you first took ownership of Desoto, it was a beautiful facility. Now it's an eye sore. And it's sad, because a little TLC and hardwork would have that place back up to par. It is sad to see how owners lease these tracks and the new "lessee's" change the rules regarding the cars and engines which astronomically increase the burden to the drivers who spend every last dollar they earn to make the weekend show.
With the cars becoming as expensive as they are to remain competitive with the given rules, the owners of the cars (your everyday middle-class families) are parking them or selling them to the next victim. Therefore, your car count dwindles and you have a pathetic, routine weekly show. As an owner/driver and a fan, it is sad to watch a weekly show have a turn out of 6 late models, 5 modifieds, 5 mini/mod mini stocks, etc...The less expensive class cars are having a greater driver/owner showing than the more expensive ones and put on a better show. I drive the expensive ones and I for one am tired of the low car counts. These days, a "series" show produces a max of 20 cars, and that's people travelling in from all over the place. The problem is all the track owners/operators are trying to make their track rules the same all over the state, in just about every class. This is dangerous to the car owners and track owners. I would dare a track owner to take a stand (be different), change the rules, become a leader and make racing more affordable in all classes. You will get a great driver turn out and put on a better show for the fans. The drivers will enjoy it as well. No fun racing against five other cars, its no fun to watch either. ALOT of the promoters talk a BIG GAME! and that's all it is, just talk....blah, blah, blah and no action. Same ole', same ole' for at least the 20 plus years I've been involved in racing. Nothing but talk.

"No fun racing against 5 cars". Whats the differents if you are racing against 5 or more cars when the fast drivers always want to start up front. There is no more show. The show was watching the fast cars with skillful drivers starting and the back and going for the front. The fast cars will always will win just makes it great to watch.

Darren...that's my point...there is no more level playing field. He with the most money wins....it's killing the sport and the track owners just don't get it.

Bobby deil the Al Sharpton of Florida Short Tracks just proved he could control who comes and races at Desoto Speedway and other tracks, from a person who says he loves racing and the fans ect,ect he been saying to the trucks teams not to come to Desoto until we have a race there so we can show the track they need us.

NEWS FLASH Tracks wake up start running 25 lap truck races for $450.00 to win get the same 13 trucks stop throwing away your money untill they respect you owners, the trucks should put there heads in the sand for doing that to Desoto Speedway you try to hurt the track that pays you $1000.00 to win no entry fee what a slap in the face. This is what's wrong with racing.

Drivers don't forget this when the tracks have had it with Al Sharpton you can follow him with his money bags into a Wallmart parking lot to race.

Facts are facts. Fact is I sent 48 Truck Teams a text to invite them to Desoto as a Q Auto & Injury Attorneys FASTRUCK Challenge Race. A NON points FASTRUCK race to support the Track and Q. I called ask Gary LaPlant if his #33 that Bubba Thompson drives and I ask everyone else to go ...... Please get your facts straight. I not buying a Track or anything else. And yes I did contact all the Trucks but again it was to get them to try to come NOT to keep them from coming. Rumors are just nonfactual information put in a negative light to hurt someone...... Most people look for the source and judge who saying what. Look forward to the future and enjoy every minute. Thanks for giving me the strength and will to keep going!!! You are the MAN!!!!

Open suggestion (that is, not intended for any one individual):

Maybe do the laundry at the laundry mat?

Annnnnnnnnnnnd, there is an old saying, something to the effect of "Never argue with a fool. Bystanders may not be able to tell who's who".

No offense intended here, Go Desoto, Go Florida Racing!

You want facts you could talk to Bobby Deil for 20 mins ask him the same question 3 times and he wouldn't give the same ans Fact , Heres a good one, FACT Bobby Deil aks Al Sharton I bet he will not be racing at Desoto Speeday and Aubandale anymore and I would almost bet money on that, 1 track wounder <True Fact>.So drivers you better pat attention to who ownes the tracks. Not the one running around with the brief case FACT.

King John is in RARE form lately - Bobby you better go ahead with operation 3 Palms Revival as it sounds like your track selection is starting to get shaky.
