I admire someone with a fighting spirit, and who refuses to give up.....most of the time. In this case, I wish they would throw in the towel for the good of the sport in Florida.

You are RIGHT!!!!
You are RIGHT!!!! Believe me the area can support the Race Track. We did very well before the economy took a dump. With the right Team of people the state would be better off. More cars make everyone WIN!!! BV call me about the meeting. Thanks!!!! 8 days left till the meeting!!!!Originally posted by Truck84 View PostIt will take a lot more than 30k, but whoever opens it up and runs it the way it should be could make 30k in no time. If they build it we will come.

Why do you keep gloating about the current operation's failures when you yourself failed at this very track?

Now why do you want to start with me, I have said nothing to you.Originally posted by Weftracing96 View PostThe ultimate sign that what you have to say is irrelevant, and not even worthy of a response. Yes, crickets.....
Normally I do not even bother to read what you write, because I do consider you irrelevant, but I decided to look back and I see that you have this mentality that if people do not agree with you or if you do not like their comment you have no problem telling them to leave the board or bash them verbally.
So, what is your problem?

Perhaps I am on Bobby Diehl's side? Though I don't see verbal bashing taking place, nor do I recall telling anyone to leave the board. I have no authority in that regard. I might also add, my response to your "crickets" comment wasn't a dig or a reflection on you, but rather, in reference to a couple of the prior 3posts before yours. I am sorry you took it personal. Also, I am curious as to whom I am conversing with?Last edited by Weftracing96; 09-02-2015, 02:33 PM.

Well, in that case I was wrong and I apologize to you, but the way I read it, it looked like that was directed to me. As far the comment I was referencing it was down when you and urez2pass were going back and forth in the posts at the beginning.Originally posted by Weftracing96 View PostPerhaps I am on Bobby Diehl's side? If you are on Bobby's side, that is fine, I personally think he is over zealous in his quest, the track is open and running, is it running the way we would like it to be, no, but at least it is not sitting locked up, vacant and overgrown. Will it ever improve maybe or maybe not but at least it is open.
Now, if the Hasse's lose the lease the padlock goes on again until another person with a truckload of cash is found. From what I have read the new owners will have to pay for stands and any other improvements and when they leave the lease all of that has to stay, that is alot of money to lay out before the gates even open, will the new owners make that money back, probably. How many people are going to be willing to lay that much money on the line?
What I fail to see is Bobby is pulling out all of the stops to get the Hasse's out of there but why does he not try to work with them and help them build and grow and make the track successful instead of going to the airport authority meetings and doing everything he can to get the place padlocked again for who knows how long. Unless he has a check ready to own the place again or he has some investors lined up.
