Not saying that Gary wasn't at fault, but I honestly don't think this track is gonna pull in droves of cars. I think you'd be lucky to get a 10-15% increase. I think people are failing to see the Showtime reopening had a lot to do with the downfall of Citrus. Everyone in the Tampa area and south are gonna keep going to Desoto and Showtime. Yoho and Cope are doing everything right at the moment. I know myself can't justify driving an hour and a half up to Citrus when I've got Showtime 25 minutes from me and Desoto 45 minutes, both of which pay better and cost me less to go to. Unless someone does something drastic or the state decides to turn Showtime into a parking lot or pond, I don't see Citrus regaining the strength it had.

Showtime did take some cars, you are 100% correct. Yoho and Jimmy are doing well, and those cars wont leave. I do know that several dozen drivers have cars parked because we simply refuse to support Gary....several are track champions. The track isn't going anywhere, worst case scenario is when it comes up for rebid, we will get a fresh start with a new promoter.

I won't remind you that Obama has just as much white in him as black, you might think I need a hood also. However, he is as useless as a horn on a racecar. This a.m. news, hosp. worker in Dallas wearing full gear has contacted Ebola. Obama just sent 4000 of our troops to African. How many of them will catch it, how many of them will bring it back.
