  • Mostly known for driving #9 cars, this is "Barefoot" Bob McCreadie in an early Asphalt ride, owned by the Price Brothers of Watertown, NY.

His son, Tim, is a former World of Outlwas Late Model Champion, a Chili Bowl winner (in his first attempt in a Midget), and drove a few races for Richard Chaildress Racing. The apple didn't fall far from the tree in this family.

      • Can't forget Ollie Silva, in one of his high-tech creations. As ugly as his car always were, he could drive the wheels off of them, and won hundreds of Features in New England. Ollie passed away a few years back.

        • Maynard Troyer in an Oswego Super that he designed, built and drove. This was the initial outing for this car. The driver from here on out was Dean Hoag, son of the great "Dutch" Hoag.

                      • One of my favorite pictures from Reunion day... this is me, my Mom, Dutch Hoag, and Ron Narducci. This was taken just seconds after my Mom signed Dutch in, and says "Dutch Hoag!!!... we used to hate you!" All in fun, and worth a great laugh!

                            • Wisconsin's Pete Parker in a wild wedge-style Late Model.

Pete was a Speedweeks regular for around 20 years, but has since retired. I still miss seeing the number 10 car in the pits in February. You never knew what the color scheme was gonna be, but guaranteed, there would be Pete in the pit area.

                              • Kevin Gundaker from Missouri, was the first racer I'd ever seen attempting to get around East Bay Raceway without lifting off the throttle (about 1982). He made it, it was spectacular, and I've been a fan of Dirt Late Model racing and Kevin Gundaker ever since!
