Steven Wallace will be in town to see how many other people's cars he can tear up, and hissy fits to throw.

He's probably the only driver coming to Speedweeks that I wish would just stay home...!
I for one will be glad when this team runs out of money. The car pictured looks unsponsored so maybe they can get Allstate and name the team Mayhem car.

    • Paul Ellis is bringing this Fla Mod down from Virginia.... but the car itself has a lot of local laps.

It's a former Bob Judkins owned 2x that was bought by Paul, repainted & renumbered, and ran REALLY strong with Aaron Williamson at the wheel.

Looks like Paul will handle the wheel himself at NSS for the week.

        • Garrett Jones from Mooresville NC has moved up from the UARA series into the Pro Lates. He had a strong run last week at Watermelon Capital in GA.

It was a THRILLING race.... one that those in attendance won't forget for a long time. To me, it still goes down as one of the best races I've ever seen in my 45 years as a fan.

Ron finished 2nd in that one, but he'll be back to get one that's owed to him.
That was a GREAT race! By the way, Christopher confirmed via interview on Speed51.com that he will not be making the trip to Florida this year for Speedweek

            • Jerry, I'm not sure if I just missed it in your posts here, but, Mario Fiore is bringing his #22 Whelen Modified with Tommy Barrett as driver.

**EDIT**: Found it on page 2, but no mention of Mario. Mario had some talent in his cars: The Reg, Fuller, Sacks, and many others have put the (former) #44 in Victory Lane, especially at New Smyrna.

              • Mario is kind of the "Unofficial Cheerleader" for Tommy Barrett. But he has no ownership of the team, which is owned by Chris Our. Last years driver for them was Mike Stefanik.

Lots more "Pre-entry" stuff coming when I can find some time. Same with the Reunion.... plenty going on, but no time to update.

                  • Saw a bunch on twitter today maybe old news..

Will Gallaher in the Garrett Jones team car in SLM for NSS.

Joey "Mooch" Mucciacciaro in the Crooks racing entry. Saw they were at the DEI chassis dyno today and said they were headed to the wind tunnel then to NSS. Now the chassis dyno at DEI probably aint cheap but wind tunnel time for a SLM - what a waste! First feature the nose will be boogered up. Hoping that was a joke..

Also saw someone mentioned that Ben Rowe was headed down to NSS for speedweeks - this was after the pas cancelation. Would love to see confirmation of that one.

                    Getting excited!

                    • Holy crap..... 8000 views.

And still, most tracks don't see the value in informing race fans about what's upcoming.
