Here's a few....
Wide Open Speedway (since the more retarded Full Throttle has already been taken)
New Diehl Raceway (but people might spell it wrong and get confused......wait for it....wait for it....)
Tornado Alley (maybe that's a better name for the pits....or the concession place where people mill around)
Lego Block Motordrome (named for that super safe, highway-divider, two-tiered excuse for a retaining wall they put in temporarily way back when the track was built)
Alaskan Black Top Racers (since the Marrowboy and...well, a scant very few others think that naming tracks after their geographic locations or the town or area they were built for is hackneyed and too cliché for our super-sized and streamlined world of today......let's just jump on the latest reality show craze and pretend that racing in Florida has something to do with mining gold or catching rich peoples dinners in a remote land that most of us have never been to. They can interview the drivers and tell them to just start dropping the F-bomb every 3 seconds so it will be just one long series of beeps. There will have to be a scripted fight between members of one of the families from down there but....hey...it's Charlotte County...that shouldn't be too much of a stretch. They can film the family cutaways on location at the jail or the trailer park. It'll write itself, I tell ya.
Yeah.
Let's go racin'. Hand me a King Crab leg and a Molson.

Osmosis Jones Mystical Motorsports Park.
It has a ring of Epic Ground pounding EXCITMENT for all ages. Were the four wheeled chariots show life and death defying acts of checkered flag challenges. Where the FANs are King and the racers try to Win over the hearts of the Fair Maidens. Oops wrong century.
Os you are my HERO

The ECONOMY!!!!!
The economy in July 2008 and earlier. Charlotte County Motorsports Park were averaging 125 + (high of 165) cars in the pits. 1500 to 2000 people in the stands (high of 4500 plus) and Major Shows almost every week. Than it hit. Everyone was killed. Citrus had the highest average of race cars with 140+ cars in the pits every weekend. Packed grand stands and sponsors coming out of the stands giving money.... This last weekend they had 5 Open Wheels and only seven last night and less than 40 cars in the pit (no one works harder than Critter and the Staff of Citrus). Nobody's at fault it just crashed and burned (the ECONOMY). Everyone has one and some think they know it all (a opinion that is). The Country is slowly turning around, but you will never see 48 Late Models in the pits at any track again (in Florida). That's my thought's.
So let's get back to renaming America's most Southern Short Track. I still like the idea of having a amusement park theme. Hick there none South of I-4. Maybe Punta Gorda Mystical Motorsports Park. The theme park industry is still kicking as.....
We had several GREAT weekends. Music and Motor Sports (Charley Daniels) and Monsters and Motor Sports (the family's loved the theme park feelings).
It felt like The GREATEST SHOW on Earth in 2008!!!!

This Morning the Airport board members decided to Take Mr Haase bid instead of mine,
Again just want to say thank you all for the surport you gave me. But it will be your local race track so please DRIVERS, FANS AND BUSINESSES surport the Haase Family for stepping up to the plate also.
