I can't wait until one of the other drivers finally grows a set. Then gets on the T.V. and says if she wants to approach me like a man, I am going to treat her like a man! If she raises a hand at me I am going to knock her out like I would do any other driver! That way she can say she gets equal treatment from all of us out here!

She Is Small.......but

She is feisty and passionate about her sport for sure. She has back up too.......her hubby is 6'6" and in very good shape. She is not a snob and joked with me about not pronouncing her name correctly.

Danica needs to grow up. She had no prayer of winning and she got caught up in a boneheaded move on pit road. And how many times has she crashed on pit road? She's no master of pit road herself.

The only reason she attempts to get uppity with drivers is because she knows they won't do anything because she's a female. No other driver would throw a fit like that over being taken out of seventh place. If anyone hires Paul Tracy we'll see how tough Mrs. Hospenthal really is.

And as far as her husband being backup? Maybe if it's a yoga throwdown. I'd be more scared of a pack of girl scouts than Mr. Hospenthal.

Tripper hit it on the head. It was a pit road accident and all she had to do was open her eyes and lift. Has she ever admitted she's made a mistake? Doubt it... I've never hit a woman, but I would have dotted her eye if she would have showed her @zz to me. She thinks she's entitled to everything. Why doesn't she ever go down to AJ Foyt's pit ? Why doesn't Danica go run USAC midgets for a couple seasons and see what racing is about...I feel sorry for Sarah Fisher.

I think everyone is correct to a certain extenet. I think Danica overreacted in anger, I think she found herself in a situation where she COULD have avoided it with some thinking on her part, and I think she gets let off the hook because of her looks. But looking at the video of her walking away from that accident and the look on her face, had I seen that coming at me I think I would have run. Dynamite apparently comes in small packages, and an upper cut for her is probably a low blow to me.

This is not the first time she jumped in some one face and by no means hitting any girl no matter what there size is (boneman) just isn't the manly thing to do. I would think IRL or whatever it is called now would do something about her jumping in people faces. Hopefully we can get her to come over to NASCAR and put on a show there.

i would love to see the same thing happen in NASCAR and danica getting into Kyles face like that... i can understand her frustration but what the heck did she think she would do once she got there. she knew she would be stopped...

This is the biggest race of the year for them and one of the most prestigious in auto racing history.

And to anyone that said she was no real contender, running in the top 10 is as close as you have to be sometimes to win.

Look at Tony stewart, he had that one in the bag until the tire went flat with 2 to go. OR we can rewind a few years and watch as Bill Elliott has a flat on the last lap at Homestead and here comes Bobby to win.


Someone should have told Kahne or Labonte they couldnt have won those races.
