Pretty damn cool.... almost 6000 views on this thread. That lets me know that a LOT of Karnacians have an interest in the Short Track side of Speedweeks. I absolutely LOVE this time of year.

Excited to see an uptick in the car count at NSS. Got my tickets for fri sat and probably be there sun and mon as well. Can always count on a great field at Vsp wed and thurs...going to be really hard to work the next couple weeks.

Note to some cheesy Promoters still blaming 'the economy'..... 137 teams didn't get THAT memo.

The Florida/IMCA Mods are shaping up all of a sudden too. Up to 14. I'm guessing at least 10-15 more will be coming, with a field between 25-30 strong.

I was looking at not only the numbers but the huge range of states and provineces represented. I started counting and lost track around 17 - in the crates alone! People are travelling big time this year. Haven't had this much anticipation for nss speedweeks in a while. Starting wednesday next week, I won't be seeing much of the family..

There are 29 states or provinces represented in just the SLM/PLM/Tour Mods!

Heavy representation from Canada - 17 entries

Of the 89 entries in the top three divisions - only 23 are from florida.

Good lord that is alot of travelling teams for NSS. Yea I know VSP will get 50 410's and 80 UMP mods, but for asphalt this is a great turnout!
