Good:
Dave Despain if you can keep him off of politics and philosophy ( especially what he characterizes as "racism" and "sexism" )
Robin Miller - hate me, baby
Nicole Manske - seems to actually have somewhat of a grasp of the sport and is oh so easy on the eyes
Kenny Schrader!!!!! - down to earth and a pretty damn good driver he was the only one who could ever cut Mikey Waltrip back down to size when Waltrip started to get too excessively stupid. which is a cycle time of about every 90 seconds.
Bad:
Either Waltrip - they'll both contradict themselves three times in the same sentence
Rusty Wallace
Chris Economaki - Chris knew the personalities off the track but he never understood a damn thing that was happening on the track. listening to him call a race always made me want to pull my eyes out and put them in my ears. let him do historical retrospectives but thats it.

INfamous for my INtemperance on the INternet.
Least Favorite:The absolute worst of all time, Larry Mcreynolds. Didn't like him as Earnhardt's crew chief. He actually had the nerve to try and tell him when to let off in the corners!
Jimmy Spencer, and a tie for third, Chris Economaki and Darrell Waltrip.(Listening to Darrell Waltrip reminds me of that song "I Wanna Talk About Me"
Favorites in no particular order: Ned Jarrett,Eli Gold and Dr.Jerry Punch.
Honorable mention for worst:Rusty Wallace.
Best: Alan Bestwick, Dave Despain, Krista Voda (yes she is awesome in many ways!)
Worst: Bob "Dillweed" Dillner (how did this dufus get a job as an announcer?), Wendy Venturini (was especially horrible at ARCA when every other reference was to her brother), and Rusty Wallace has a long way to go.
Agree with Todd about Schrader and Mikey.
I actually like listening to Larry McReynolds, just because I love to hear the way he butchers the english language - "It almost always never happens that way" for example.
Here's my bi-polar choice, best and worst at the same time - Jeff Hammond - at times he is great, but get him near the cutaway car and he could pose for the cover of "Duh Magazine."
Can't believe you all dis DW - probably because he's been "the voice of NASCAR" for so long. Agreed that "boogity" is getting old but that phrase will be remembered for a LONG TIME.
I've always been one to place the true broadcasters way above the retired and semi-retired drivers and crew chiefs... No one holds a candle to Bob Jenkins... he is the best of the best... I've met and talked with him a few times and his overall knowledge of the sport is incredible... He and Larry Nuber were the ultimate pairing in the old ESPN days and having Dave Despain working with them made it even better... Sid Collins was great at Indy and Barney Hall on MRN can't be touched either... As for the drivers... Ned Jarrett and Benny Parsons were the best and I really liked Jackie Stewart doing Indy on ABC... He sounded like nails on a chalkboard but he was funny and spoke his mind!!
FAV: Race Call: Sid Collins, Nat Klienfield and from Today Bob Jenkins
Color: Neil Bonnet, Benny Parsons and from today Dale Jarrett
Worst of the Bunch: The basketball talking head, DW, Larry Mac, Rusty (thank God he is not driving anymore) Wallace.
The BEST all started on Radio or at the tracks LIVE, the worst just needed a JOB I guess.
