Speaking of Becca Kasten... why hasn't anybody picked her up as a developement driver. In my opinion, she is THE best female racer in the country right now.

Better than Johanna Long, Danica Patrick, Chrissy Wallace... and FAR above the league of Mlka Duno, Jennifer Jo Cobb, Michelle Theirreault, Natalie Sather.... etc....!

This girl has loads of talent.

Hey, no problem BVS. I always like your humor. Its to bad the people in the stands can't tell the difference between the equipment. It would give them a better sense of the talent behind the wheel.

If you had two drivers with the same exact equipment you would expect the driver with better talent to win right.

But, If you had 25 drivers and one of them had way way better equipment than the other 24 and that driver with the better equipment won. Does that mean he has more talent than all those other drivers?

Again. If you had 10 drivers running for a championship and they are all in top notch equipment and teams and one driver is struggling to stay in 10th. What does that say for the talent of that driver?

Nobody gets "picked up" anymore. You buy your way. That's just the way it is. You could buy any driver in the country a developmental ride with the right size check. It doesn't matter if you can drive or not it just matters if you can pay. Your list above proves that.

The problem is that it cost to much anymore. A good K and N developmental ride is up to $750k. Trucks are getting $25k-65k a race. You want to guess what a Nationwide ride cost? I'll tell ya if you need to know.

We competed with Becca for about three years. She is a wheel man!! She would have better luck going after a diversity deal. At least Johanna Long's dad put his money into his team. He will at least have something to show for his money.

It sucks but that is the way that is. There is to many rich daddy's waving big checks in the face of any good ride in the country. That makes it tough for the ones that work their heart and soul out and develop the talent to never even get a shot. There is a big difference between working for it or having it handed to ya.

There is some real good talent out there you will never here about because of the mighty dollar.

My refrence to mike Bresnaham was that was the team that won just about everything for a few years with a 17 year old car and a engine built with used parts. They were real racers. Try Bobby Sears car 8 or 9 in a row and its not a money team.Good driver and good team. never hear either of them
blaming anyone when they loose.
Wane Anderson started with a $500 LM used tires and hand me down parts he earned his way..Ask one of them for help or try working and learning and stop talking..When i had a car i didnt have time to play with my keyboard..

I'm going to have to disagree with you back a few years ago yes it was more the driver then the money. Now it's more about the money then the driver. I can not comment on Mr.South's son because I have never seen him drive or atleast don't think I have. Bobby sears is a good call on low buck team that gets it done but even they have a pretty good sponsor now and that helps and they deserve it. On any given night at a local short track there is probably a hand full of drivers that could get it done in the big leagues but they will never get a shot at it because lack of funding. but this is my 2 cents about all of this.

I agree about getting a shot. It would be tough but there is still a chance.
I was baseing most of my post on the fact that money is not the #1 factor of winning or loseing in short track racing. Yes it takes money to race at the top level of short track racing but more money cant buy you a win. You must have a driver tha tcan win with a car that someone has spent the time and swet to make it a winner. If you didnt notice oll the big winners are not on here posting at all times of the night.. there in the shop working on a winner. So if you want to win got to work and learn ! This is not pointed at anyone just everyone that thinks all it thake is money.

Tuna. I hope you don't mind if I answer this for you. I'm sure that you could not know these answers as well as a real racer just like the person asking them.

Don ask Who? Obviously the kid that this post is about. And in his own words. Da...

Tuna says that the big money teams pay for guys to work on there cars and DA Don puts out a list. I can tell you that with out a doughy that EVERY ONE of those names that Don named PAY GUYS TO WORK ON THERE CARS. They also bring people to the track to help with the car on race weekend. I know. I race against them. Unlike Don I do own a late model.

Again. Nothing that Don ever said has any fact to it. Period. Just a few weeks ago when I was explaining how the way the Fups rules are that a crate car can't win on the big tracks. Dons answer that was " you need to spend more money". And this week he says that money has nothing to do with it. Tuna, I can't imagine how long it takes him to make his mind up weather to stand or sit when he walks up to the toilet.

In this post nothing was said about my son or my self but Don just has to drag us it to it. He always references to Wayne Anderson. I think Don still has a man crush on him. Anyway. He insinuated that we need more knowledge and experiance. Well Don the last time we ran our crate motor against Wayne's Super motor we out qualified him by over a tenth. We did it on used tires. Do you think Wayne had used tires Don? He was probably still in that $500 dollar car with used parts and the tires that his dad used to use right Don. Don is so full of shit!!!!! Why don't Don go call Wayne and ask him why he stopped in our pit at our last race and said he would go to qualify until we did. For him to worry about us that much we must really be in his head. I'm sure he ain't that worried about the back markers. I guess he was right. We did out qualify him. Again.

In our last 6 races we have 2 wins. Those 2 wins were also against a lot of supers with our crate. How many of those drivers can say they did that. Especially doing it by their self's with NO HELP PERIOD? None of them. I repeat, NONE OF THEM. If ANYBODY can prove me wrong please do.

Since Don wants to bring my son and Wayne in for comparison. When my son became the first kid under 16 to ever win at the World Series of Asphalt in over 40 years he had already had 418 win and 7 championships. How many did Wayne have at that age. NONE. PERIOD. Don must not realize that ever since my son owned his late model for only 12 hrs, on used tires and a 16 year old chassis we have been swapping paint and positions with Wayne. That night when we had just taken the 2nd position from Wayne at his home track his wife told me that the car cost $70,000 and don't touch it. And I told here that he just got passed by a 14 year old in a 16 year old car on used tires and I think you guys got a little home work to do. They have been worried about us ever since.

P.S. to everybody reading this. The reason that I am not replying directly to DA Don is that the last time we disagreed he processed to threaten the life of my wife and kids and threaten burn my house down. IMHO I feel that DA Don is one of the biggest pieces of shit to ever walk the face of the earth and is not worth the sweat off of my B---s. After asking him to apologize to my wife and he wasn't man enough to I reported him to the Ciber Law Enforcement Team. After they read all of Dons post they put out a few restraining orders for my family and also are monitoring his computer activate. There is laws against what he did. They said they can't do anything about the others on here that he has threatened unless you report him. You know who you are. They have already read all the PM's and post. PM me if you need the info. Please.
So from now on since Don wants to start shit with me I am going to start copying and pasting his post to me every time he post something. We will see how he likes that. Here's a copy if you didnt see it before.
