Say what you wish about Kyle(no i am not a fan),but as far as Nascar is concerned I would think his racing priveleges are quite safe. After all Jim France never was pulled from racing. I am sure Shane Hmiel and Jamie McMurray are happy for Mr. France as well.

It's often reported when a driver gets a ticket. There have been big deals made of situations before. I think what makes this a little more than ordinary is the exceptional speed. Going 125 mph on an interstate is quite different than doing 128 mph on a residential 2 lane road. Seriously Tuna, you have to admit that. I don't believe Kyle's been treated differently yet. What is to be determined is what his punishment will be, in comparison to what yours might be if you were in the same situation. I don't believe it will affect his Nascar job, unless he's thrown in jail for a while. My photo site: http://www.rewingphotos.com

That arrogant little prick needs a good dose of reality. Not only does he not have respect for anyone on the track but has a complete disregard for public safety off the track. He should be thankful he got pulled over before he killed somebody.

I agree. But I believe some think he was let off easy, I don't see it. sounds like he was given the full extent of the law. Was the extent of the law enough for the speed? Maybe not, but if he was given the extent of the law what more can we expect? Someone said because he is Busch and has money, he walks, what more would the law allow the officer to do? I'll cost him a lot? Enough so that he cares? I doubt it,o heck the fine he and Harvick meant zero to them. Losing his license 30 days? I fount it, he can hirea lemo to go to the grocery store so that won't hurt either. So what more can the law do legally? Did anyone notice he admitted he was wrong, apologized?

Benny, the article said because he was a local resident he was not arrested and required to post bail. The reason I would of been arrested would be to post bail money to guarantee the state gets their fine money. Again, the law is the law, so far it has been followed. After all, he's so used to going faster than anyone else he probably didn't realize how fast he was going!!Originally posted by Benny The Mule View PostKyle Bush, the Governor, city council member..............
I live in NC and I would have went to JAIL!
The law here 10 MPH over 70 lose your license, faster than that= make bail.

Ahoy! Captain Obvious! Ship on the starboard bow!
Well....they are/were both NAPPYCAR rising stars that people loved to either cheer or hate and who were both driving excessively fast and reckless with less than optimal results.
You're right.
I can't think of anything that these two stories have in common.

Sarcasm...good one, but not at all similar circumstances.
A fatal drunk driving accident vs a speeding ticket where nobody was impaired, scratched or innocently involved...yep. I guess both cars had four wheels, that's "in common" also.
BTW, I can't think of too many that didn't like Rob Moroso.
