    Well this might surprise you!

i agree 1000% that there is a right and wrong time to approach a driver... not just a NASCAR driver...but all of them. however there were circumstances ...as you can see from my photo kyle was smiling and seemed to be just a regular. maybe thats what threw me off. i asked him if he was real busy and could he sign bobbys book. actually it wasnt me that asked him but one of racings promoters. he said "hold on a minute and i will... we were delighted until after about 20 mins. he didnt bother. so we just walked away. we didnt ask again... it was not I whom i thought he was really rude to. but others... The one i thought he was REALLY rude and cruel to is Chaplain Bill. Bill devotes and donates all of his time to racers! he is an ordained minister (as well as his wife Erika)... bill goes to every single driver and asks if they would like to pray with him...MOST say YES! Kyle had every right to say no thank you...but he gave him a snide look and said "I don't have time" . Bill then said well then here is a little prayer i give every driver to keep in his car. Kyle took it without a thank you or an acknowledgement and tossed it aside. one of his crew picked it up, looked at it, and threw it in the trash. there were others treated in the same way. some were little children.
I know whats coming next and i agree. not all people are Christian and they will not buy what Chaplain Bill is selling... but he should still be respected! Every person who is trying to perform a humanitarian act for another should be respected!
I am not new to this sport and I am not new to dealing with personalities...i love and respect all drivers but some are just ALOT more professional than others and some know which side their bread is buttered on and where they came from...in most instances KYLE is NOT one of them. a couple days ago I was the one defending him... not anymore.
as for the comment about TONY... well THHHHHHHHHH hahaha... just kiddin. Tony hugged me and took a pic with me and he stopped to talk for about 5 minutes. it was a highlight for me. but i do agree the timing was right and i was in the right place at the right time.
so the reason for this post is to tell you that i agree with most of the posts and we need to also respect a drivers situation and be polite... sometimes you even have to go without. but we also need to use discretion... racing is a grueling sport. the drivers and crew are under alot of pressure and fans do tend to think they deserve to be attended to at all times. that is not true.
well thats all i am going to say about this subject. (at least i think so) i hope i do not seem rude. these are just my opinions and they are just as worthy as yours.
