She was not aware of your concerns until I informed her to read the messages you have conveyed here on this public forum. She seemed shocked to say the least when she learned who said this, Since nobody can seem to send you an email, I would suggest you call her at 386-547-2879. Based on my personal experiences with Mrs Brown, and I would know, I'd wait till next Monday to call her and let's be done with this for now.

I mean, its not everyone that calls "tiresmoke" a dumb a$$ and Todd McCreary to STFU and someone should wire his mouth shut, nice way to express yourself Mr. Tim, very imaginative! I personally have never witnessed anything from either of them that deserves that kind of treatment but I guess you just like going the extra mile!!
If you had been on here last spring when we all were discussing the rules and especially enforcement of them, or lack of, "The voice of NSS" told us we were all wasting our time and energy because no-one in tech or track officials read this forum anyways. As far as you taking my concerns to Kim, guess what, I happen to know Kim, met her when I sponsored a race earlier this yr. I'm sure if Kim could change anything about what we're discussing, she would of long ago!! I can tell you this Mr Woodsome, after coming on here and basically calling her and her tech guys incompetent tools,........... don't think the phone call will do much good. But hey, you looked at all of them when they gave you tickets and free food at the Govenors Cup and you never said a word to anyone about this. One thing that gets me about all this is how asphalt racers [ not all but most ] always wanna cry about how the tracks don't enforce rules, show favortism, don't care, yada yada yada.......Here's a idea for ya...Get off your pompous ass and turn the page of your rule book to the "PROTEST" page. I know they all have this page cause I've seen it. I don't know why, but it seems like in the last 10 to 15 years the thinkin has changed to where it's the tracks responsibility to tear cars down.....If your so sure that someone is cheating then tear them down!!!!!

Jimbo, it is not that cut and dry. Protesting requires interested and competent tech officials. I've had a protest form that will filled out correctly and submitted on time handed back to me because tech didn't want to deal with it. I know I am not the only one this has happened to.

I'll give you an example: if I want to protest the engine location of a car in my class, (mini stock), I will lose the protest. Know why? Because no one in tech knows the answer, and they have not bothered to find out. I've been asking that one for at least two years.

I am all for using the protest option, but the tracks also have to play a hand in tech by checking non-obvious and often neglected items.
