partner wanted for latemodel dirt racing

I am interested in finding a driver for my second car weekly for the 2012 season. I would consider the right driver to have experience in streetstocks or modifieds. The partner would be willing to help with expenses and be able to work on the cars at least twice a week. I think we will be racing at ocala and volusia speedway depending on scheduling. Please do not reply if 1. You have no experience(reasons I don't want racers hurt or their equiptment destroyed over non experienced drivers) 2. You do not have a job or can not help with expenses (this is not a cheap sport).
The initial meeting will outline what is expected of a partner and all liabilty paperwork will be filled out completely and signed in the presence of a notary and or lawyer. Thanks for reading this and hope to talk with you soon.
