2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 tow vehicle

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Off Road Edition, it has a 5.9l engine that runs great it has 120k miles, it will tow just about anything, it needs tranny work, the ac/heat work great as does the 4x4, the leather interior and dash are in good shape except the drivers seat is ripped but there is a cove on it, located in Brooksville, 3000.00 Thanks 727-243-2866

What's wrong with the tranny? Is that a dent in the right-rear fender?

the tranny is slipping may need to be rebuilt, yes there is a dent in right rear corner my son backed up wtith a little trailer and hit the fender.The truck runs really good, the ac compressor / evaporator was replaced 2 years ago, were not racing any more so I don't really need the truck,
