wanted cheap car trailer mustt be 78 wide

mine is only 74" wide, from the edge of the "bed" to the other edge. But since it doesn't have fenders or side rails; you'd only have 2 inches hanging off each side.
Or you could just add the width yourself; there's plenty of room between the tires.
Anyway, mine's only $250.
