2.20/3.27 in 3rd???

Anywhere from a 520-550 final, with a 550 I turn my 2300 around 7900-8000.

I use to run a 563 final at 8100-8200 rpm but then again i ran a 2.0 with 2.3 rods.I'm sure the tracks faster now though cause i havent raced on it after it was paved.Some of my best laps there were 21.59's and 21.6's on the old surface.

Most Super late models run in the 488 - 530 range on 84" +/- tires to achieve their 7800-800 rpms. Tire diameter is important too. I guess it depends on the driver skill and setup.

From experience, those are some long straight a ways.
