  • looking to get into racing

I'm not totaly green I have been autocrossing for about 2 years I've done a Richard petty driving experience and a skip barber 1 day school. I don't have a lot of oval experience and I'm looking to get pointed in the right direction

I would like to run citrus county or aurburndale but not sure of the class and car to be looking for? Id like to spend less then $2000 to start. Any advise would be appreciate
    thanks chris

I would suggest that you start out in a 4 cylinder class or even v8 bombers. They are cheap and don't cost much to keep going. You can find quite a few on here under your price. Check the rules also and get a car that fits those rules or close to it so you won't have to do much to the car.

Do what I'm doing, I bought my car, parts car, and trailer for under that price. It's the Auburndale Scrambler series. You can make it by on less than $100/month not counting damage, your best bet is to go to search and type in scramblers, then look for Auburndale Scrambler Champion
