ISO 2.4 Twin Cam Engine

I have a 202 Pontiac Sunfire and I'm having problems getting it to start up. It turns over but doesn't start. I don't know what's wrong with it so I'm searching for another motor.

is it gutted. you must have the stock gauge panel hooked up. make sure theres fuel and spark
