Caustic acid dipped, sonic checked for wall thickness, ARP Main Studs, 1 piece rear main seal, breather hole and dipstick hole tapped, block bored .030" and honed on a CV-616 with a torque plate, proper Ra and cross hatch for metric ring seal, new RACE auxillary bearings installed, brass freeze plugs through out. Ultralite crankshaft (machined counterweights), internally balanced, Standard Small Journal mains, and 2.000" rod journals, chamfered oil holes, micropolished. Manley 5.840" Full Race rods, 2.000" journal size, ARP 8740 bolts, side clearance and bearing clearances set. King Standard 2.000" rod bearings. Clevite Main bearings. Ultralite Weisco Pistons, Metric, low tension ring package, Ultralite wristpins, Block decked square with +.005" deck. Proper finish for MLS gasket. This nice shortblock is still for sale. Alot of tire kickers, but no buyers.
I also have everything to put together a 5.7 rod shortblock. It will go for $1800.00. It that fits your budget better... put a deposit on it and I will have it done in a couple of days.
