Brand new RC4 28.0 and Brand new Bassett 10" 5 on 4 3/4 wheel

I have a brand new tire and wheel for a thunderstock. Hoosier RC4 28.0 casing and Aero 10" 5 on 4 3/4 lug pattern with 2" offset. Neither have been ran. Was bolted on once to make sure wheel was correct but other than that has sat inside our shop for 2 months. Sold thunder stock so no longer need.
