Come on Dustin, I paid you for this motor back in March and I have been very patient but you are ignoring my p.m.’s, posts, Facebook messages and texts and I still don’t have my motor. The last thing you told me is that the motor is at your mechanics in Tampa. Please contact me and let me know when I can pick up the motor I paid for.

If that's the case and he's been stringing me along all of this time, then I guess it's time to get the law involved if he's not going to talk to me and try to make it right. I paid for the motor he has advertised in this add in advance and in good faith and have received nothing in return.

Hey Dustin, I just left you a voice mail with my phone number just in case you lost it. You know what, I'll go ahead and put it here too just to make sure you have it. My cell number is 352-317-5000. Now you have no reason not to call me. I'm not going to let this go. If I do not hear from him soon, I will be coming down there and filing charges against you for scheming to defraud in which you will be arrested. I really hate that it's coming to this. Racers really shouldn't do this to eachother.

Good news. I got a text message this morning from xgator44 (Dustin) stating he will be meeting me this weekend with the motor. I hope he holds to that. I really don't want him put in jail.
