mini stock motor

i have a stock bottom end motor with clevite bearings and new set of rings. it has a d port closed chamber head, the heads has been cut down to intake bolts, big valves, port and polished. bad to the bone head. motor has intake and carb on it, distributor fan blade, timing belt. motor is ready to drop in car $700
