I have a 1986 40 foot. Old but in great shape. 454 with only 57000 original miles, still runs great. has two brand new AC units and brand new hot water heater. New sealed roof, did not leak just had it sealed. Stove, fridge, sink, microwave and TV work fine. Original inside. Master bed in back, pull out couch, kitchen table turns into bed and one above driver. Seperate full shower. Toliet and sink in its own room. I use it to go to the track and I haul a car with it. I have taken long trips with it and it runs great. Like I said older but they made them better in those days with more room. Let me know if you are interested.
