1986 cutlass pure stock project

1986 cutlass completely gutted. New roll cage that i bought from all star performance with seat bracket kit. All needs to be fitted and welded in.
Cage has surface rust on it from sitting at shop where it "was" to be put together.
Car is in Jacksonville on Westside.
Cage alone was 350 dollars.
Seat bracket kit was 75
Paid 200 for car

Tell me about the cage, I know it needs finished

The cage is all star performance brand I bought from race car engineering in Lakeland ,Fl. It is 1 3/4 pipe. I it has surface rust but will clean up. I have the seat bracket kit that goes with it still in the box. Itis all there the top halo and door bars. Like I said it needs to be welded together. I will consider trades.

I mean is a just a 4 point or does it have door bars (how many left and right) down bars and engine bay bars and such

four door bars 3 right that run
if you go on all star performance website it is the deluxe kit
no engine bars or back bars
