From what i have read from the web site yes it would be legal. Car would need a different gear then what is in it but i think i can find one.

has the timing belt been fixed? if not what all is needed to get it race ready?

The car is running. I took it up to Citrus on the 7th and ran practice but something hit radiator and busted one of the tanks. I have replace it and its ready to go.
