Back up for Sale 12/6/11

Car is back up for sale, previous "buyer" gave me a deposit on October 2nd and has failed to pick the car up and is trying to renegotiate the terms of the deal 60 DAYS after the deal was made. Previous buyer was served due diligence from my attorney and has until the 6th to pay us off and pick up the car.
