I don't think that car was built by the skinners.But it was tweaked by them i do know that a guy named stembinsky from port orange used to own it and drive it and dustin only drove it a few times at NSS and it was not legal engine wise.The car was wrecked when it t-boned the green 13 car driven by jim winterstine and he suffered a broken leg from it,it was under caution btw when the wreck happened he passed me under caution and got into the 13,not sure what that deal was.Good handling car from what i seen of it,it just had some crazy driver's behind the wheel,and the paint looks good.
