Question about new board

Is there a way to have the board sort in order of the date of the original post, regardless of the recent replies? Like the old board did, I liked that. I have clicked on the sort links at the top and didn't get that presentation.

Did you try the different display modes? Upper right drop down menu.

There are also other choices in the User CP

Yea, I tried it and that seems to only work while in a particular thread, I was hoping for something on the main forum level.

The Old Board is not the old and this is not the new board.......like the "old boss and new boss."

This message forum is for Real Racin USA. com which is a web site for the broadcast show of Real Racin USA.

The "old board" you folks keep referring to is the message forum for the Florida Stock Car Racing web site on KARNAC.com.

They are not related. The Inside Florida Racing section of this message forum is related to our Monday night broadcast of ...you guessed it..."Inside Florida Racing" 7-9 PM Monday evenings, a positive show with news from around Florida racing and interviews with the promoters, drivers, fans and others who make up the Florida stock car racing community.

Why does the message board link on the front page of Florida Stock Car Racing site take us to this board. If the "message forum for the Florida Stock Car Racing web site on KARNAC.com" is for that site, shouldn't the link take you there? It doesn't, it takes you to this forum. So you can understand the confusion. I'd suggest a separate link for this forum and a link to the "old board". With the present setup, it certainly looks like you intend to phase out the "old board". JMO

There are links to several message forums on the front page of KARNAC.com, one of them goes to the Florida Stock Car Racing message board. For a week we removed the link to that message board so that people could see what we are doing here at Real Racin' USA.

There is no intent to phase out the Florida Stock Car Racing message board. My god, there would be lines at the emergency rooms all over Florida with race fans seeking treatment for soap opera withdrawal.

Glad to hear I won't suffer from any withdrawal. I think you misunderstood my original post. I can understand after reading it again. I should have proofread it. I was talking about the front page of the "Florida Stock Car Racing" site. The link at the top of that page ("Florida Stock Car Racing" Message Board) brings you to this site.
I didn't mean to insinuate you was going to remove that board. I meant to say that it could appear that you was going to replace it. I personally like the format of that board better than this one. It has nothing to do with the soap opera aspect of it. BTW, I do appreciate everything you do for all of us.
