I don't think so. The top one is Ray Bontrager. I don't recognize the bottom car. Bob.. -
Pretty sure the bottom #12 Ford is Billy Hancock.
Both Billy & Natz Peters ran the #12 during that
period but I'm sure that's Hancock here.
I interviewed Billy on-camera at the first Blast up
in Lake City in 09' but unfortunately as most of you
are aware Billy passed away at the Blast II this year.
