No matter how hard we try, sometimes when nature puts a damper on racing our efforts to notify all of our racers, fans, and even our staff, fall short. So in order to reach more people faster, Cindy and I have started up a system that will send you a notification via text to your cellphone, or via email, if racing has been canceled due to weather. All you have to do to be a part of this system is to follow the link and enter your info. The system is operational as of today and will be sending alerts beginning with the Powell Memorial this Friday.
Please note that this system is totally free to use, and that it is operated by Cindy and I as part of what we do as Ocala Speedway Media. As soon as we are notified of a cancellation, we will notify you! Here is the link:
