Pro 4 ?

I bet these are a great group of racers,but who did the name?
Are these Pro 4? =are they open wheel 4 cly new england type mod's, as the name PRO 4 was a copy rited name by Dan Macsive to be used for 4cly open wheel mod's around the USA,or just another ripoff of a name that now has nothing to do with what the name means. The Florida Outlaw Mod's were Florida's Pro 4's started in the mid 1980's before PPtree took the roofs off in the late 1990's and changed the name too Outlaw.
