Orlando improvements

Sounds like Rusty and the crew at SpeedWorld are looking forward to a great 2008 season Read the article on the front page here about improving the frontstretch grandstand side, and it sounds promising. I know in the few times I've been out there in the last coupla years, the frontside crowd was, to say the least, lacking. Maybe 100 people in the stands. Hopefully, that'll improve in 2008 with updated facilities.

I think y'all should have a "Employee night" with free or at least reduced admission for the theme park employees where I work; y'all could prolly draw a decent crowd with that!

Just wish we could get more than 10-12 cars in our division besides the Sunbelt races on a regular basis...I looked at the pics on the Speedworld Web site for the SLMs and there must be 30-40 drivers that competed on at least one night out there...can you imagine if thay all showed up regularly...?? Now *that* would be a great show!

it took me a while to decide to say any thing about this . and the only good it will do is make me feel better . we have entered four or five of these things from bradenton - lakeland - and so on --- and have done real good . we usually take seven to nine cars not junk cars either .

my complaint was last one we ran at orlando speed world left real bad . respect for certain officals . when you get disqualified in 4 cyc demo derby

then you flat out pulverrize them in v-8 demo derby in big cadillac and win then they or should i say what's his name the one that fell out of flag stand that time

gives race to second place car moe = or his son or who ever then next day they are out riding around in there boat celebrating . man you did not win they GAVE it to you / would we ever come back no but who cares

we ain;t crying it's just the principle man i wish i could think of your name but it don't matter how many races have you screwed people out of to give to your friends BMF 64

not that i'm trying to defend the people running Crash-a-rama or anything but this really belongs in it's own thread.

i'm pretty sure the regular OSW guys had little to nothing to do with how your demo got called.

he must have done something right just to get the purse strings loosened up like he has. let's hope he spends the money effectively.
