Very sad..... Just 38 cars for six classes and 11 of those were Late Models...
Maybe 150 people in the stands...
5 Sportsman and Justin Reynolds made a laugher out of it...
4 Mini Stocks but it was the best race of the night... Good to see Kelly Jarrett running good again...
5 Legends and "Tail Bone" still managed to hit the wall!!
Left early and didn't watch the Super Stock or Strictly Stock features, but there weren't many of those either...
Surprise of the night was seeing Dick Anderson racing his car and looking as agressive as ever... Also good to see Scott Bramlett back in action with a car and engine he used to run in the Florida Pro Series...
Some of the officiating in the race seemed a bit off kilter... Ben Kennedy blatantly drove into Vince Keeler sending Keeler for a spin... Kennedy gets his spot back... hmmmmm. Dickie drives on to the flat track, comes up into Jared Allison and they tangle but Jared (who was leading) keeps going while Dickie hits the wall. Jared gets put to the rear hmmmm... I think Ben would have won anyway because Jared's brakes were going away and Jason Vail did a good job to finish second using a spec engine, but what I (and others) saw and what was done were not quite kosher... Still a pretty good LM race though... Shain Held had his new LM there but broke a drive shaft in practice and was done for the nite...
It also was very quiet in the pits without Boneman there, at least until Ted Head showed up!!!
