East Bay night 4

I've been a little under the weather and haven't been able to make it to Eastbay like I wanted. I just read, on another board, that Earl Pearson beat Bloomquist with a slide job on the last lap. Wish I could have seen it. It sounds like the track is a little racier the last 2 nights.

I was there. Bloomquist was way out front for the first 31 laps with Pearson coming fast but would not have caught him if the caution did come out with 9 laps to go.

When the green out again Bloomquist on the high side and Pearson on the bottom they put on a show. Five laps to go they ran side by side until the white when Pearson took the lead.

Also, the stands went crazy when he pass Bloomquist for the win.

I would have loved to have seen that race. But Joey Saldana was on fire last night at Volusia, no one could touch him. He just set sail and was gone. But I would love to see Pearson in action for sure. Sounds to me like there is alot of GREAT dirt racing going on in Florida right now. Too bad we can't clone ourselves and be in two different places at one time. Honestly, dirt is alot of fun (after being an asphalt girl for many, many years) and unless you do try it, you will never know what you are missing. And you are missing some GREAT racing.
