  • Little 500 roundup

Hey guys, I couldn't make it for the fun time tonight. Bummed about it but things came up. Must be a good turnout cause this board is real quiet. Anyway, I know you all are having fun. I want to hear the reports as soon as you get online. I'll leave it up to Andy for the truth. The rest of you can keep lying just like usual. LOL

Winger I'm with you!!!!! Was planning on being home by 2:00 today. My bosses had other ideas for me. Didn't get back to the office till 5:10. Funny thing is.......I thought about trying to get ahold of you to meet up and ride together. I guess the gods were against us!!

    O-Well, maybe next year.

      I too missed out !

Ended up at the Hospital this evening with a family known from Church, who's parents were in a car crash. Looks like both will be ok, and that is more important that go-kart racing. But I was looking forward to it. Hope all had a good time.

        100 count

I think there were about 100 Karnacians at the Lil' 500 last night and a good time was had by all... plenty of food, good competition, and good company. From what I saw, EDM won, with the driver of the B-1 car close behind in second ....

Sorry you guys couldn't make it, but all you really need to know is that it got so brutal in there that by the last race of the night the Boneman mercilessly slammed straight into the side of HIS OWN SON for no reason other than total frustration at his poor performance. Young Michael was just sitting there spun out after losing control in turn 3 and Rex just t-boned him without warning. I tell you, that guys got issues...

Oh, and T-Mac puts cheese and cinnamon on his breakfast, while R-Mac nearly got thrown out for trying to race in what was deemed offensive headwear.

Other than that, a pretty quiet night on the whole...

Now how could it be so quiet especially when Ed made it through without losing any fenders, bumpers, or anything else.. A great night for Ed... Congrats man...

Keebler, excuse me Keeler was presented with a "lift up" cushion by the guy at the lil 500 gate so he could see over the steering wheel... But of course with the height and weight advantage that Mark had I do believe he got handed a win last night...

Then you had the Boneman taking out every poor unsuspecting child in his way to try and get a win...

Me, lap traffic doomed my performance so needless to say it was a tough one...

All in all it was an awesome night seeing everybody from ALL OVER THE PLACE.. Including Ocala Jeem and better half, Joe Winchell, the Sprint car guys, and a score of others...

Sorry I couldn't stay later and play some more but other things called, so I had to leave early, about 10:15 or so... All in all way too early for a race night, but had a whole lot of fun anyway...

            See you all later...

Are you sure that is how it happened? Hmmm...I'm not sure the racing public is getting the whole story on this one.

I should know - I was the closest person to the incident in question.

Did have fun last night watching the races. Maybe next time I can afford to actual get on the track and beat and bang with the rest of you. Some of races were very funny.

Those were the ones Edm was in. They're even funnier when he's in his Sportsman and he gets hit like that...

If we could beat and bang like last night in our cars without damage, then every track grand stands would be full and standing room only every night.

I was in more wrecks last night than the last 2 years of racing.......
Can't wait till next time when I'm feeling a little better.

Just a note here: My wife said she was more nervous watching us race last night than at our regular races every weekend

                              Boneman... just a thought here:

How about a Guest Book to sign before you get your "X" on the hand?
