Twenty five Super Lates took time for the Red Eye 100 with Rich Clouser setting fast time with a 17.36 followed by Timmy Russell, David Rogers, Justin Larson, and Chad Akins. Rich pulled a 5 putting Chad Akins on the pole for the 100 lap race. More to follow.
Super Stocks are on the track now. #51 won the Super Stock race. The Super Lates are now on the track gettng ready for the Red Eye 100 with Chad Akins on the pole.
Lap 14 -
Kevin Nicks, John Coffman out from accident at turn 4. Vince Keeler on pit road. Justin Larson leads with Timmy Russell, Mario Gosselin, Rich Clouser, and Joe Boyd top five.
Lap 42
Bobby Good spins on the backstretch bringing out the caution. Larson continues to lead the way over Russell, Clouser, Rogers and Gosselin.
Lap 63
Joe Boyd and Austin Pickens get together coming off 4 as they fight for position. Pickens gets worse end of the deal. Rich Clouser currently leads the race followed by Larson, Rogers, Russell and Gosselin. Approximately 35 laps left.
Lap 69
Bobby Good spins coming down the frontstrech. With no place to go, Chet Morrison hits Good hard. Both drivers are ok, can't say the same for the cars. We are now under RED for clean-up.
Only two laps to go and Rich Clouser leads the race over David Rogers, Mario Gosselin, Tim Russell and Justin Larson. Joe Boyd was sixth. Rich Clouser has won the Red Eye 100. Rich set fast time, started fifth and has now won the Red Eye 100.
