It was Jesus most important law that we "LOVE ONE ANOTHER." This is a season when we tend to show a little more love and kindness to those we see in need. Bell ringers, toys for tots, all kinds of things geared towards Christmas... Need isnt necessarily not having a tree or toys or even food. Need can be the loss of love and the loss of self respect and other things missing from our lives. Roger is in need. He has lost his daughter. Others we know have lost loved ones and we have several racing family members who are in dangerous health situations.....we need to love them and give them "THE HUG"...
we spend every penny we have giving presents to people who already have plenty. we need to look out for those who work hard but have nothing. people who are suffering with pain or disease. People who are old and lonely...
one of the most important things we can give is a hug and a kind word.. my friend Krista came over this morning to give me a hug . I really needed it .
my heart feels so empty and i dont know what else to do but pray... how anyone can live without Jesus in their heart, i will never understand.
so for Christmas, please love one another and even be nice to people you dont like so much. Check on your family and friends and give "THE HUG"... it will not only help them, but it will make your heart softer and kinder. Believe me, when your heart is kind, you will feel the warmth. When you are bitter and hateful, you will be frustrated and hurt and it will NEVER feel good.
Bitterness breeds bitterness, hate breeds hate...but there is NOTHING more powerful than the message of love... spread that message and when you feel all alone think about this special season. Think about the Father who will never desert you! Jesus.... please bless every single person who has planted a seed of love in my heart. Please for me bless every single person who has ever hugged me. There are thousands! When two people hug, there hearts are as close as they can get...that is my message to you. "Love one another"...
even the people who ive argued with on this board... those were the most unimportant disagreements and you are still in my heart and prayers, and when i see you i will want "THE HUG"... God bless you all and keep you safe.
Keep the CHRIST in CHRISTMAS.... and please keep me in your prayers too. Bobby is my heart and right now my heart hurts very much because his life is being forced upside down.
